You will also receive suitable training and safety instruction. All the time you are accompanied by a qualified guide and the courses will give you the opportunity to swim through some great drops and test your skill on some very fast water. Important Notes:
Length of Session : 2 hours. Clothing/Equipment Requirements : Trainers you don’t mind getting wet plus a swimming costume and towel. All safety equipment is provided - wet suits can be hired on the day. Food/Drink Included/Available for Purchase : Refreshments are available for purchase. Numbers : The number of participants will vary. Weather : A weather check with your instructors 24 hours before the event is required. Age : Minimum 18 years. Health : You must be reasonably fit to take part. Spectators Restrictions : Spectators are welcome at the site. Other Restrictions : Participants should be able to swim unaided for up to 40 metres.
