| Description: | After meeting your skipper and issuing of your sailing gear and lifejacket you will take part in
a safety briefing aboard the boat. Then it is time to slip the lines and head out for your cruise. Under the watchful eye of
experienced skippers you will be trained in a friendly and professional manner on the intricacies of sailing art. If you are
a beginner, the yachts are perfect as they are easy to handle but at the same time stable enough to face more challenging
sailing if that would be your preference. |
| It is up to you to what extent engage into the sailing itself. If you like you can simply enjoy the views of
Brighton and Hove from a unique perspective. The experience gives you the great opportunity to enjoy the exceptional view of
Brighton as the sun sets and the city wakes up to the vibrant night life (into which you can naturally plunge upon returning
to the pontoon). |

Important Information
Session Length : Approximately 2 hours. Clothing/Equipment Requirements : Waterproofs are provided but plenty of layers is advised since you will be
outdoors for most of the day. Flat white soled non marking shoes and comfortable trousers are equally important as well as
bringing spare clothes for the end of the day and bag to store any wet items. In addition remember sunscreen, bottled water
and sunglasses preferably with a lanyard. Food/Drink Included/Available for Purchase : Refreshments are available for purchase. Numbers : The crew of each boat amounts to 5 persons. Extra Site Cost : Parking charge is 60p per hour. Weather : This event is weather dependant and a weather check is required before arrival. Full details in your
event pack. On the day the skipper reserves the right to curtail the experience on safety grounds if the weather becomes
severe. In the event that weather prevents the experience from taking place your date will be rescheduled. Weight : Maximum 16 stone. Age : 16 years old (16-18 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). Health: You must be reasonably fit to take partand have the mobility to climb up and down steps. This sailing
day is unsuitable for those who are pregnant, have severe neck or back problems, or heart/ medical conditions. If uncertain
consult your doctor. Other Restrictions : Participants under the influence of alcohol may not participate. Spectators Restrictions : Spectators are welcome to wave participant`s off/ welcome them back to land. Please
note once the yacht heads to sea they will not have a view of the action.
