Session Length: 2 nights Clothing/Equipment Requirements : Comfortable clothing as well as bringing with you your swimwear and suitable footwear for the changing rooms and wet areas of the spa and hotel is suggested. Towels and robes are provided for use during your day as well as lockers, a selection of complimentary toiletries and hair drying facilities in the changing areas. Food/Drink Included/Available for Purchase : Dinner and breakfast are included throughout your stay. Numbers : The number of participants will vary. Treatments will be on a one to one basis. Weather : The weather should not affect this experience. However, in cases of extreme weather conditions please check with the venue before you leave home. Age : Minimum 18 years Health : If there is anything in your medical history that could affect your day, if you are pregnant or recently had any operations please advise the centre as it may affect your treatments. Other Restrictions : If you wish to book additional pampering treatments to coincide with your stay we suggest you contact the health and beauty area direct for a list of treatments and prices. A £ 10 refundable deposit will be required for your locker and robe on the day. Spectators Restrictions : This event is not suitable for spectators.
