Packing and Warehouse Person - Wood Green, North London
German Speaking Customer Care and Business Support Trainees & Executives

Packing and Warehouse Person
Description:	The position is within a warehouse and the majority of the work will be the preparing and packing of customer orders. There will be a wide range of tasks, including packing customer orders, inspecting and authorising customer returns, keeping inventory of packing marital. The job is a physical one, and the job holder is expected to be able to lift heavy items.
Working Hours:	10.00am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30pm Thursday.
Salary:	Competitive.
Start Date:	ASAP
Tasks & Responsibilities:	Packing customer orders ready for dispatch with our couriers Maintaining stock of the materials used in the section Ensuring high levels of accuracy for customer orders, and successful daily collections Examining customer returns and taking these through the returns process
Skills & Experience	Experience in a high volume packing environment Ability to work efficiently and with high levels of accuracy Be comfortable with using IT in everyday work

German Speaking Customer Care and Business Support Trainees & Executives
Description:	We are a young online retailer, expanding into Europe and are looking for bright multi-lingual people to help us grow. It is a new role and an exciting opportunity to be part of an expansion in the company and therefore an opportunity to really make your mark. We will give full training and support to successful candidates.
Working Hours:	10am - 6pm. Monday to Friday

Tasks & Responsibilities:	Assisting in the development of Internet sales to the European market Answering calls and emails to German & English speaking customers Translating the site and products General office duties
Skills & Experience	Professional level of spoken German Good Level of spoken English Strong academic record Confident communicator and able to provide a high level of customer service Good written skills in both English, French & German Computer Literate Professional telephone manner
