Manufacturer Guarantees
All items we sell will come with at least a one year guarantee which is provided by the manufacturer. Some items will come with longer warranties, and this will normally be noted in the product description.
If a problem occurs with your product within the guarantee period we will always honour the manufacturers guarantee, and we will either replace or repair the product for you. However, we will only collect the item from you within 14 days from delivery. After this time, we will ask you to send the item back to us, or you may deal directly with the manufacturer who may collect it, or refund the cost of sending it to them. In all cases, do call us for advice on what to do.

We have teamed up with one of the UK's specialists in appliance protection, Domestic & General to offer you peace of mind on some of our most popular products.
By opting for a two, three or five year extended warranty, you are safeguarding against any unforeseen nasty surprises, and it offers you cover for the following:
- Failure of the product after the standard manufacturers warranty has ended
- Accidental damage
- Cover for both parts and labour
- A brand new replacement if we can't repair it
So, if within the extended warranty period, your item suffers a mechanical breakdown, or has been damaged accidentally, you will not have to pay a penny!
What's more, you can add the extended warranty option at anytime within the manufacturers guarantee, and cover will start from the date of your purchase.
How does it work?
Our extended warranty and repair protection plan covers works with your products manufacturers guarantee and takes over once this ends. For example:
You have bought a Kenwood Major with a one year guarantee, and have selected our three year protection plan. Your cover would be as follows:

How much does it cost, and which products are eligible?
A number of products can be covered under this plan, including Bread Makers, Vacuum Cleaners and Food Processors. The cost of taking this out is dependent on product type and product cost of the item you are buying. If extended warranty is available on a product you are interested in, please call us to add the option, or if available, add it to your basket along with the product.
