A truly wonderful mincer

It is just brilliant, Solid construction.
All the parts fit together solidly but are easy to fit and disassemble.
Rapid mincing indeed - put the meat in and out comes the mince, rapidly.
Does not block with the chewer bits.
There are cheaper mincers but they are much noisier and block easily with anything less than lean tender meat - we know from personal experience!
If you want a top quality mincer/grinder, buy this. It's an investment to be treasured. (Posted on 15/07/2010)

Great Mincing!

We use this for mincing beef mostly.
And it does - rapidly.
It will easily mince tougher meats where lesser mincers just block up.
It's not quiet, but a lot quieter than others.
