We pride ourselves on having a simple site, and a simple returns process. The electricshopping.com returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU distance selling directive which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase from us we will of course offer you a refund as long as your item is sent back in an unused and unopened condition. For reasons of hygiene, we will not be able to accept or refund any items from our personal hygiene/care or food preparation lines that have had their security seal broken. If any item is damaged we will replace it free of charge for you.

If you do decide to return your item, you will need to contact customer services quoting your receipt number before you send back your item. They will issue you with a returns authorisation and advise you of the returns address. Once we have received your item in our returns processing department you will be issued with a refund. Please note however, that as we do not charge for delivery on UK purchases, a delivery cost recovery fee will be deducted from your refund; this is in accordance with EU law. Refunds for damaged items will not be charged this fee if a replacement is issued.
